In the marketing department, J. Hardt did an excellent job in the area of concept development and, as a result, became an assistant manager after a year and was ultimately promoted to department manager. Employees are satisfied with him/her as a manager. J. Hardt is regarded as a pleasant and highly competent employee. He/she is regarded as innovative, determined and extremely team-oriented.
J. Hardt regularly complains about the very thin personnel cover in the department: of five positions to be filled in the department, one is currently vacant due to parental leave. In addition, two employees and J. Hardt himself are currently continuously busy with the "Bio-Delix" project, which absolutely must be continued due to time pressure. Due to the lack of staff, J. Hardt recently even had to block employees' vacation for the next quarter.
A year ago, J. Hardt applied for the position of head of the marketing department at the headquarters of trinkfein Great Britain in Leeds, but despite very good results in the internal selection process, he did not get the job: for company policy reasons, an older applicant with similarly good results had been chosen.

J. Hardt's personal strength lies in his/her pronounced ability to cooperate and his/her excellent leadership skills. On the one hand, he/she shows a high degree of empathy, is able to change perspectives and, on the other, takes a determined and results-oriented approach even in difficult situations. His/her analytical skills are also excellent. Furthermore, J. Hardt demonstrates outstanding communicative skills: in conversations, he/she establishes a positive contact and succeeds very well in establishing and maintaining a good relationship with his/her conversation partner during the course of the conversation. The relative weakness of J. Hardt can be found in the area of customer orientation. Here, he/she is only insufficiently successful in inquiring about and recognizing the customer's needs and making sufficient use of cross-selling opportunities.
